You must provide us with instructions on installing the script (if not provided within the script). You must provide us with FTP and control panel access information. In case of Butterfly Marketing script installation, we don't need any instructions.

We can make minor changes in the script such as swapping images, changing texts etc. We can not create a new script code for you, yet we can customize parts of the script according to your necessities.

If the script code you provide us is for any reason incorrect 1certifiedinstaller cannot refund your money. You must find another script which works.

Once the script is successfully installed, we offer NO guarantee regarding it's future performance since script errors may be caused by third party action. We have no control over the script after installation.

Before providing us with sensitive information, such as passwords, you must agree to hold us harmless in case any of the information is compromised. You may wish to change passwords and other sensitive information after we no longer need it. It's good practice to do so, and we encourage it.

We will refund all your money in case the script is unsuccessfully installed. Refunds will be carried out through the process you selected for billing.
